How low can rates go?


30 Year Conventional Mortgage Falls to near record low.   Reuters Article

Keep an eye on the 10year Bond to see if that goes lower today.  The 30 year Conventional closely follows the 10 year bond.. 
 
I would think at some point this will not impact rates anymore – I mean at what point do they pay you to borrow money?
